On Thursday May 3, 2012 at 12:30 pm my Colleague's and I ( 5 ladies total) went to have lunch at this restaurant at the Mississauga location. Not only was this my worst restaurant experience that I ever had but the service was atrocious. Please note that if you would like to order certain items from the menu - it may not be available because they are out. ( Please note that it is a weekday and only 12:30pm in the day). As well be informed that if you require ice and a glass to go with your drinks in a sit down restaurant - this will not be applicable as you will receive a can along with a straw stuck under the lid of the can. One of my colleague's ordered the BBQ chicken sandwich. She found two hairs in her sandwich (long black curly hair - 4 out of 5 of us ladies are blonde and the only brunette was sitting at the opposite end of the table - has short straight as a pin hair)When she informed the waitress who looked at us - not politely but accusingly and stated "it didn't come from me. I don't know where that came from" Please note the lack of apology, or the concern written on her face. When she returned later with a new plate - before leaving she made a good point to look at all of us and to remind us that she does not know where the hair came from and looked pointedly at all of us as if we had placed the hair on the plate ourselves. My colleague looked down at her second plate and noticed a very obviously long black curly hair sitting right on top of the fries. Once again the waitress informed us that she did not know where the hair came from as she inspected the plate before she brought it out and there was no hair. She again looked around and asked if there were cameras in the restaurant - Insinuating that we placed the hair on her plate once again. (Please note both plates were not touched when received - what would be the purpose to do this?) When she brought the plate back to the kitchen we could hear the chef yelling and her speaking quite loudly back to him. When she finally came back - quite some time later. She brought the sandwich on one plate and the chef brought the fries out on another. They both stood there and waited until my colleague took a bite. At this point we are approximately 30 - 40 minuets late for work so my coworker ate half the sandwich before we had to leave. When we all had to go up to pay - she had to inquire as to what we each had - There were no other customer's present except us. We all had to remind her what we each had before we paid. When it was my colleague's turn to pay( the lady who had to have her food cooked 3 time's to ensure there was no hair) had to remind her what she had ordered(which is incredible considering this had to be brought out 3 time's) was forced to pay. When we inquired with the waitress to confirm that she had to pay, the waitress stated she did. Repeated it a second time - with no apology for any of the inconvenience. When we informed her we would never be coming back and she responded with "that's fine". Please note neither one of us received a bill/receipt - at this point we just wanted to leave because of the lack of respect. But this is a mandatory requirement if you expect to receive payment. I have never found myself in a restaurant feeling so disrespected and poorly treated. If this waitress is the manager than that explains why we were the only one's there. The lack of service and the horrible sanitary condition this place is in explains it all. However, if she is only a waitress and treating customer's so poorly maybe this is why the place is in shambles? ..More Reviews
