We are daily customers of this Starbucks. Our order never changes. We were given a chai latte in error this morning and did not discover it until we were far from the shop. I went back later to get my regular latte, mentioned the error and was told "I wasn't working then" and then "sorry about that .. have a nice day". While I realize that errors do happen, it would have been nice to have received a coupon for a future drink (I had paid for the drink I had just ordered) or at the very least a genuine apology. I left with my latte feeling frustrated. ..More Reviews
