food quality is excellent but the service is relatively slow.... best shawarma in town

Food tastes great but the open kitchen is filthy and the people working your food look like they have poor hygiene too. (handling your meat with their dirty hands after touching a different raw meat/veggies. I've watched multiple times as they rub their hands on dirty rags, dirty aprons, picked things up off the floor and continued handling the food.

I'd almost rather not have to watch.

have they passed a health inspection legally recently? I can't imagine them passing... wish they'd do a renovation

Osmow's got the one of the best Mediterranean food ...for folks that complaining about wait time and cleansing I suggest to stay with McDonalds and similar establishments. You probably don't deserve to try anything better.

If I were to ever have a shwarma craving and had a meteocre place next door to me and I had to drive 10km's to get to Osmow's, I would make the drive, no matter how hungry I was. The most I've eaten there in one week was 5 times. THE BEST!

Went twice... waited over half hour both time... ridiculous!

Im going to go there tonight for the first time and I'm really excited!!!

Food rates at 5/5 stars
Service rates at 2/5 stars for being very very slow. If you call your in order in half an hour before though, and get a good mango shake with that, its a freakin AMAZIN meal.

Service is the worst service ever, i was one of the first person to ever even shit at there location when they first opened. They place was extremely ghetto, and damnn the food was good. Now the food has lost its touch it had. But still a decent place to eat, but worst service ever.

Great good, HORRIBLE service. The food is so great though, that if you don't mind waiting extra time and sometimes dealing with a messed up order, you'll definitely enjoy your time. there have been occasions where a few of us have waited over an hour for our food though, which is inexcusable, especially when they also get the orders wrong.

So, 5 stars for food, 1 star for service, so i'll give a nice average and place a very good review. (this is the Mississauga one, by the way)

I don't know who wrote that the restaurant is dirty..........they obviously don't know what dirty is. They've just opened a second location. I just ate there and came back to my office to see if I could rate the restaurant. I'm middle eastern myself so I know this food and IT WAS FANTASTIC!!! Much better than other places which we won't mention. Good job guys and keep up the good work!!!!

Excellent. Whoever wrote the place is dirty probably mant the tables, because so many people come and go, they can't always keep up, I have never seen it dirty. It is the best place..addictive.

We eat there minimum twice a week! They will make anything you like, just the way you like.
