Sushi Japan Buffet

Sushi...juicy.
Edamame...so yummy.
Salmon...jammin.'
Price...nice!

My family and I have eaten there several times and find it to be very good value for the money, clean, very prompt service. Recommend you put in a reservation on Friday, Saturday or Sunday evenings as the waiting list can be quite long otherwise. The fact the wait can be so long must mean a lot of people are happy with the place.
I would recommend it as Very Good. We're going again this evening!

staff are extremely friendly. white tuna is awesome, price extremely reasonable.most of all, place is very clean.

For the suburbs, excluding Markham/Richmond Hill area. The food is good (sushi is fresh and the white tuna sushi melts in your mouth) BUT more importantly, the service is exceptional. There are plenty of friendly staff to take your order and to refill your tea. I highly recommend this restuarant for the price range.

I enjoyed the restaurant and the food. It has only been open a short time and the new staff wasn't quite able to handle the unexpected volume of customers. They had not advertised and wanted to get over the inevitable teathing problems before they did so. As I am a regular customer of their Brampton location, I fully expect that service will soon be up to par.

Why I am not recommended this restaurant

Food
1. Rice is not cook well- too dry. Also not enough vinger to make good sushi rice for sushi
2. Ingredient not fresh enough.
3. Sushi roll - bad proportion of rice/ ingredient
4. Menu looks like having a lot of item, but actually just remobination of some ingredients - false impression
5. Tea is too bland

Service
1. Hard to find a server to order the item
2. Server don't know what we order
3. After get the bill, wait for 15 min, and unable to find the server, so I need to go to the cashier and pay personally.

In conclusion,
For 14.99 per person for the lunch buffet, I think it is not worth it.

Bad food and bad service...I would rather go to Michael Angelo supermarket to get some Sushi to go, as they are much fresher and cheaper!!

I have not eaten there, so I guess that's good.
