Popeyes Chicken & Biscuits

Asked if possible to have an order delivered. Put on hold. Currently on hold for the 15th minute. Debating on just walking to KFC. God dammit.

Today my boy went to buy Chicken there for his lunch, he had two pieces of rotten chicken given to him. He returned it and casually they took it back and gave him two other pieces. Are these going to another customer? Do you really care about public health? Are these meat contaminated? What if he kept quiet and ate it? Really, this is just disgusting and put people off!

This location is awful! I placed an order for my food and when I ate it it was cold. I called the manager and he stated that i Should try my food before I leave to store?! Customer service is horrible. The location at Dixie and Eglington is much better!

The customer staff there are rude and unprofessional.

pretty sure they say free delivery but always try to charge me. I hate popeye's and they're constan trickery.

I wasn't even given a chance to order anything. The employee I spoke with over the phone, firstly, was very difficult to understand. He was incredibly impatient and hung up on me. Why would you do that to someone who is wanting to spend their money doing business with you?

I would not recommend them at all.

very bad service I ordered chicekn tenders, and they were apparently just out of the oil, and my chicekn was dipped in oil.
apparently they did not dry them or anything.
I also found a hair in my fries!!

I have noticed this a couple of times, the guys working there are usually very hairy and never wear a hair net or beard net or anything!

The service need to be worked on, had so many or errors before.

Could use a major improvement in service, particularly for customers ordering via home delivery. Also need to improve on delivery time. Last 4 orders of mine have been inaccurate (order discrepancies). Need to pay more attention when putting the order together.

Best chicken in the land. Makes KFC look like amateurs after Popeyes. Love the big pieces and crispy coating. KFC could take some lessons here.
